Bluff Fest 2025 is turning up the volume with an afternoon of legendary Aussie rock, cold beers, and coast-side nostalgia.

Grab your spot on the lawn at Alexandra Headland with views over the ocean, it’s the perfect place for cold drinks, good mates, and timeless tunes.  

Headlining are legends The Angels, with support from chart favourites Boom Crash Opera, synth-pop trailblazers Mi-Sex, and rising locals Wave Raiders & Tess Fapani

Bluff Fest 2025 is an 18+ event.

  • A valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Proof of Age, or AusPost Keypass) must be shown at entry to comply with liquor licensing laws.
  • If your licence is lost and awaiting replacement, bring photo ID plus renewal documentation for security to assess your entry.
  • This is a no pass-out event — once you leave, you can’t re-enter, so please bring everything you’ll need for the day.
  • For ticket issues or name changes, contact info@oztix.com.au or use Tixel for secure resales.
  • No BYO alcohol or drinks (except sealed bottled water). Bags up to 40cm x 40cm will be checked on entry. Alcohol can be purchased at licensed bars within the festival grounds.
  • Intoxication, aggression, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. Entry may be refused or revoked to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
  • Please drink responsibly — everything you need for a great day is available at fair prices. Don’t risk missing out by arriving intoxicated.
  • First Aid will be available onsite, supported by the Night Watch Chaplains.

What to bring & Site Info

  • Please respect the festival site, use the bins provided and help us keep the Bluff beautiful for future events.
  • Be mindful of noise and local residents when arriving or leaving the festival.
  • You are allowed a festival chair, although it must be less than 20cm in height.
  • You’ll find a great mix of food stalls, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
  • Free water refill stations and First Aid will be available throughout the site.
  • Official merch will also be on sale.
  • All bars and merchandise areas are cashless, tap’n’go is preferred, but bring a backup bank card or some cash in case your phone dies.
  • This is a NO PASS-OUT event, so pack everything you need for the day, including:
    • Valid festival ticket + photo ID (no ID = no entry)
    • Sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, raincoat
    • Any personal medication (clearly labelled)
    • Closed-in shoes, you’ll be on natural grass
    • Good vibes, patience, and a big smile 🙂
    • Let’s keep Bluff Fest safe, sustainable, and full of great energy!

BLUFF FEST 2025 – WHAT NOT TO BRING

We love a good time, but to keep everyone safe (and the vibes high), please leave these at home:


  • Full-height chairs – only low beach chairs allowed (legs under 20cm).
  • Pro photo or recording gear – phones are fine, leave the big lenses to our media crew.
  • Umbrellas, tents, picnic rugs or sunshades – we’ve got shade and chill zones covered.
  • Glass, metal, or aluminium containers – no breakables or tins, please.
  • Any drinks or bottles (except sealed water or empty bottles for refills).
  • BYO alcohol or soft drink – the bars have you sorted.
  • Outside food, picnic baskets or eskies – plenty of food stalls inside!
  • Illegal substances – zero tolerance, full stop.
  • Musical instruments, air horns, or loud noise gear – our DJs have that part handled.
  • Poles, sticks, banners or oversized flags – keep it easy to move and safe for everyone.
  • Confetti, glitter bombs, or shredded paper – let’s keep the Bluff clean.
  • Fireworks, flares, or explosives – absolutely not.
  • Animals (except registered assistance dogs).
  • Balls, sports gear, bikes, boards, skates, or scooters – save it for the beach.
  • Anything that could be used as a weapon or deemed unsafe by security.

BLUFF FEST 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please read and respect the following:


  • Photography & Filming: By attending Bluff Fest 2025, you consent to photography and video for promotional use.
  • Equipment: No professional cameras, videography gear, or drones allowed, these will be confiscated.
  • Prohibited Items: No fireworks, weapons, or animals (except registered service dogs).
  • Safety & Conduct:
    • The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or evict anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • Irresponsible behaviour or substance misuse will not be tolerated.
    • Bluff Fest takes no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury caused by reckless behaviour.
  • Liquor Licensing:
    • Licensed event, no BYO alcohol or drinks may enter or leave the site.
    • ID checks may be requested at bars. Service will be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated or disorderly.
  • Payments: Bars and merch areas are tap’n’go preferred. Cash is also accepted.
  • Entry Rules:
    • No pass-outs, once you leave, re-entry is not permitted.
    • All bags (max 40cm x 40cm) will be searched.
    • Keep your wristband on, lost wristbands won’t be replaced.
    • If you’re brining a festival chair legs must be less than 20cm high.
  • First Aid & Safety:
    • First Aid available onsite.
    • Free water stations, stay hydrated! BYO empty or sealed water bottles only.
    • If you or a friend feel unwell or unsafe, seek help from First Aid or Security immediately.
    • An emergency hotline will be printed on your wristband.
  • Police Presence: Expect Police and detection dogs onsite. Random roadside breath tests may occur.
  • Respect the Site:
    • Use bins and cigarette disposals provided.
    • No littering, help keep the Bluff clean for future events.
    • The festival site is fully fenced and patrolled. Trespassers will be dealt with by Police.
